TERMS OF SERVICE
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you understand my commission rules as a freelance artist. This includes my payment requirements, as well as the distinction between personal and commercial use. These terms apply as long as I remain an independent freelancer and may change if I join a company or collective.
GENERAL TERMS
โ Be clear about what you want. Provide clean and detailed referencesโnothing blurry or vague. If you have a specific pose or expression in mind, describe it as clearly as possible. If anything is unclear, I may ask for clarification.โ Rude or inappropriate behavior wonโt be tolerated. If it happens, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. Be respectful.โ If you donโt follow these terms, I have the right to cancel your commission.PAYMENT
โ I do not accept cryptocurrency payments under any circumstances.โ My prices are non-negotiable. While I may adjust pricing based on the complexity of a piece (e.g., simpler designs may cost less), I wonโt accept haggling, discount requests, or alternative pricing suggestions.โ Payment is split 50/50โhalf upfront and half upon completion. This helps prevent scams.โ Once the commission is finished, I will send you a watermarked preview. The full, unwatermarked version will only be sent after the final payment is made.โ Social media (Twitter, Tumblr, Discord) may compress images, so I will need an email from you to send a high-resolution version in a .zip file. This will only be sent after full payment is received.โ If you cancel after Iโve started the sketch, I will keep 50% of the upfront payment and refund the rest. If you cancel before I begin the sketch, I will refund you in full.โ Do not send payment before I accept the commission.โ If my artwork is being used for resale, I require a 10% royalty fee on each sale.PROCESS
โ If you request a specific pose or idea, I will first send you a rough sketch before proceeding with lineart, colors, and shading. Major changes (pose, design, expression) will only be accepted at the sketch phaseโafter that, any big revisions will cost an extra fee. Make sure youโre happy with the sketch before I move forward.โCompletion time varies depending on complexity. It may take anywhere from a week to a month. Please be patient. If you want an update after about a week, feel free to DM meโbut please donโt spam me every day.โ If an unexpected situation delays your commission significantly, I will notify you. If the piece is already past the lineart phase, I do not offer refunds.USAGE POLICY
โ You cannot use my artwork for profit (selling, advertising, etc.) without my permission and without paying the necessary commercial-use fees.โ My art cannot be used to promote hateful content, political messages, or controversial agendas.โ You are allowed to use my art for personal purposesโlike a profile picture, Twitter/Tumblr edits, or roleplay iconsโas long as you give me full credit (e.g., a link to my instagram: @adalunaris).โ If you plan to use my art to promote a brand, website, or product, this is considered commercial use, and additional fees will apply. Personal banners or icons are fine, but using my art for branding requires permission and payment.โ You may use my art as a Discord or Skype profile picture as long as you do not claim it as your own.โ My art cannot be used for AI training or any AI-related purposes.
